Project Manager
Your Role:
- As a member of the Project Team, you will support the entire project execution process, from preparing the project bid to project budgeting and controlling.
- You will prepare client-specific market and competitive analyses, use these as a basis for developing innovative solution concepts and assist in the implementation of these solutions within the client's organisation.
- Very soon you may be entrusted with subprojects to lead-manage and implement under your full responsibility.
Your Profile:
- You are a successful graduate in economics, business or humanities and have already gained valuable experience through internships or initial work experience.
- Your capacity for critical, creative and at the same time conceptual thinking is a strength matched by your team spirit and your ability to come up with solutions that address the client's needs and deliver results.
- You have no difficulty in combining a high degree of flexibility, perseverance and motivation with attention to detail and high work quality standards.
- You know your way around standard MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
- You are also at ease in German, both orally and in writing.
Senior Project Manager
Your Role:
- As a Team Leader, you are responsible for all aspects of the execution of consulting projects as well as for Project Management, and Project Controlling.
- You will not only be heading your team of consultants and support staff, but also managing those involved in the project on the client's side – you will be the client's main contact, generally at the 1st and 2nd management levels.
- You will also be active in identifying new and additional business potential for our growth.
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in business, economics or the humanities.
- You have several years' experience in the areas of positioning, change management or corporate communications, which you have gained in a management position of an international corporation or as a management consultant with international clients.
- You have a critical approach that allows for creative and conceptual thinking, enables you to inspire your team and helps to drive and deliver superior strategies and solutions.
- You have no difficulty in combining a high degree of flexibility, perseverance and motivation with attention to detail and high work quality standards.
- You know your way around standard MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
- You are also at ease in German, both orally and in writing.
